Feedback system for a website you’ve built

Most feedback tools are, for some reason, always lacking in one way or another. I see the ideal solution as an environment where I can switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile. For commenting on a single page, the page would always freeze, and feedback would be given on a screenshot by marking specific points on it and writing comments for them.
